Lived there for 3 years. The management changed a few times within those years of me living there. First management was nice & understanding. Moved out deposit was not given back ( wasn’t expecting it). The manager was rude short dismissive & had an attitude when questioned about why I received a bill after moving out. When the apartment was left in good condition (aside from the carpet because of having a pet) Was the apartment not supposed to look lived in! I lived there 3 years of course there ...
would be some wear & tear! It is very unreasonable & unrealistic to act as if the place will be perfect. So keep in mind if you move in here you will probably get a bill after moving out. They want the place to look unlived in. Complained about dust, some ashes in fire place, a oven door etc.. I thouorulghy cleaned the place before moving out just to get a bill a waste of time & products to act as if I left the place dirty. Always kept it clean. Spend your money else where monthly if looking for an apartment.
