October 3, 2019I would like to thank Vista Verde at Deerwood management for the fast and professional way, that a maintenance issued was handle. The air conditioner unit stopped working and less than 24hours I had a brand new unit installed. Meanwhile during the outage, management provided my family with a temporary unit for the night until the morning when maintenance came back and installed the new equipment. Again thanks to Miss Casandra from the leasing office , she was the person that took the ...information, the maintenance personal and management. Great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Live Here!
July 11, 2019Worse apartments and staff ever! These apartments are old, overpriced and the new staff is very bad. They are very rude and they will not help you with anything. I was there for 4 years and just moved out. They made up $600 worth of charges so I won't get all of my deposit back. I'm retired military and this place is by far the worse place I've lived at. Kids friendly

Great place to call home
January 23, 2019I came with my family from another state and I feel the office people went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . We got approved the same day we applied. I was approved even though my credit wasn't so great and they gave me the lowest deposit possible. The apartment is well kept. Thank you all for your great professionalism.Property Manager Responded

Outdated and rude staff
June 28, 2017The front staff has never been helpful or frankly nice, specifically to us as loyal and well-behaved tenants for years. Although we signed and READ the lease, added charges and hidden information found after move out. Management kept changing mind about what is and what isn't in lease. I'm grateful to finally be leaving as this is the most unhelpful rental apartment staff I've ever experienced.Review from Apartments.com
