Terrible place save you’re time
January 12, 2019I woke up on many occasions to bats in my vents sadly to saying while using the washer they have I pulled out dead roaches along with my clothes and on multiple occasions . The manager Andrea is terrible & Christine is even worse you can call them about a issue and it won’t be fixed or even receive a call back till weeks after the fact save you’re time & find somewhere else would give zero stars if I couldProperty Manager Responded
February 25, 2019I am sorry to hear you woke up with bats inside your apartment. I feel awful, I wish I had been made aware .Also Christine has not been with us for over 1 year now. Im not to sure when the last time you have contacted the leasing office means tho you had numerous bats inside your apt. and this is the first I have heard. I assure you this is not typical and if reported to the office staff we will make certainty this will not happen again. Unfortunately we can not predict little critters but our washer and dryers are brand new. We decided to upgrade them to give the tenants the option of using there debit card as well as quarters which has worked out to be very convenient. Again im sorry you had a unpleasant experience while living here.

September 8, 2018I have enjoyed living here for 6 mo. I love the play area that they have but I dont love people who have big pitt bulls and call the "comfort pets" because there man dont comfort them . I love my backyard its fenced in so my daughter can play with her toys out there . The office people are helpful and do there job. The property always look clean as long as people dont let there dogs go to the bathroom. I once saw a lady step in it and just walked right into her apt. I love the pool and the ...activitys the manager does with all the residents. She is professional and and friendly. They make our kids feel safe and the bus picks up and drops off here. If you get arrested and make a sceen they will kick you out. And if you pay your rent on time they will not kick you out. My window was not sliding one day and they came out and fixed it and left me a note saying they were there to fix my window . July 3, 2018Our A.C units are brand new and are under warranty. Unfortunately we can not service them as it would void our 2 year warranty but we supply everyone with a portable A/C unit when they are having any issues with there unit and I also have scheduled for the A/C tech to come out today to take a look at a unit. I would love to send them to your unit as well.

May 9, 2017I was looking all over for a nice spacious apartment. I could not find one that had what I wanted until I found Vista Village. They are so nice inside and out.
