    It alright. I wake up at least three days a week because my apartment is right above were the trash gets picked up at 4:30am. You can imagine what a shock it was the first couple of times. I wish someone would have told me. The other thing that I don’t like is when my bill is incorrect. When I moved in I brought a cashiers check for the rent and deposit. You can imagine my surprise when I received my bill the next month saying I hadn’t paid my deposit. When I called downstairs they said that it ...
    was placed under the wrong account and that is why it was showing that way I asked them to change that because I didn’t like anything that is not truthful. They didn’t. Now this month I get a bill saying I didn’t pay a lot of little fees. I called and told them I paid everything you said I owed. They said that everything arrived late that why they were not on the bill. I told them the bill should say that not something that is untrue. I don’t like that at all.

    Staff is good. Cleaning in the hall is nonexistent. I have asked for the hall carpet to be vacuumed and it hasn’t happened in more than a month. Maintenance is good.

    This is a quiet community. The office staff is friendly. So are the neighbors. I enjoy the convenient location. It's conveniently close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

    My biggest complaint is the noise levels of the residents beside me and below me. The noise and decimal levels between 1:30 and 3:30am is unacceptable. I don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate. I have complained and called the authorities which helped for a day or two but they went right back at it. I am praying they change. I really like my apartment and would give this community a 4 out of 5, otherwise. My plan is to move when my lease is up! Maybe something will open up back ...

    Terrible experience living here. My AC broke down multiple times, and it took them a month just to get me a portable AC. The hallway lights have been out for two months, and nothing has been done. Homeless people constantly hang out in the common areas, and the parking gate is always malfunctioning. There are so many more issues, but these are just the highlights. Avoid this place at all costs!

    We only come part time to our apartment, but it is very convenient for us to have it. I appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby, and the maintenance team is very responsive to any requests I have made. I intend to renew my lease when it comes time.
