Great place to live
February 20, 2024Traverse Commons has provided much more than a college living experience. I have had a wonderful experience living here so far! Very nice when I moved in. Brand new carpet and paint. Maintenance works quickly and is always friendly. Super nice to have a free gym on property too! Traverse has been a nice place to call home and relatively quiet community for being in a college town. So Far So Good
July 24, 2017I just moved in June to a Verge Townhome. The apartment is huge and the sound proof works surprisingly well! I really like that since I am renting out the entire two bedroom apartment, we are getting a $200 discount on the rent. The best part is not having to pay a security deposit. The new management is always willing to work with residents and the office is in an awesome clubhouse that has a pool, game room, coffee place and computer lab where I can do my work!Property Manager Responded

The beach

Copper Beech
August 13, 2015I do not recommend this apartment to future tenants. While the apartment itself is clean and great, the leasing office is disorganized and not helpful. Besides one employee, Heidi, the office workers do not know what they are doing or how to assist tenants. The maintenance is slow and inconsistent. If you put in a request, it takes 6 weeks to get it fixed. In addition, there is no snow removal process, which is unreasonable in the winters.
