January 21, 2020We are a military family who needed to find a place for a move in date during Christmas week (eek)! I was getting panicked when I saw home rental prices and was extremely nervous to live in an apartment with all that (usually) comes with noisy neighbors/messy grounds/rude staff etc. I reached out in November and from day 1, Destini was so friendly and informative over the phone about their property and actually sent an email to me as promised with answers/attachments to other questions I ...had....We were able to secure an apartment with such ease, in advance, from out of state, for the day before Christmas Eve thanks to their ability to do electronic lease signing...I was still nervous to lease the apartment sight unseen, but when we arrived, it was in such great and clean condition! I was shocked because we had just moved from Vegas where we did not have the most pleasant rental/move in/move out experience. Additionally, the few minor work orders I’ve had to request have been handled so swiftly by maintenance, and the other two women at the front office are so kind (Jennifer and Dawn)! Everything is just very well maintained and run it seems, and we have really been happy so far with our move in process and our stay here in San Angelo and at Vistas.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Awesome Place to Live!
April 11, 2018We have lived at Vistas since January of 2017 and we love it. The apartments are extremely nice compared to most of the others in the San Angelo area. Everything is like new. We love the pool area. Have not tried out the gym, but I'm sure it is comparable to most other apartment community gyms (which isn't a bad thing). The staff is AMAZING. They are always quick to fix a problem and they are always happy to help. We are happy to call Vistas our home!Review from Apartments.com
Nice place, nice people, animals for tenants
July 16, 2016New complex, nice amenities, customer service is great. Unfortunately the complex suffers from the animals that live in it and routinely damage the property/pool, causing the rest of the tenants to suffer when things don't work or are closed due to maintenance/damage. Expect the pool to be shut down for at least a week every few weeks, doors to the gym to be broken, and residents to invite half of San Angelo to play in the alleys or the pool when it is open. Also, the upstairs floors are ...quite hollow and turn into a drum. So if you live in the first floor you may want to ask your upstairs neighbor to wear shoes indoors, or not walk at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 9, 2016This has been the best place to live. All of the staff is really great! It is super nice; well built and well maintained; clean and quite. Everyone here seems very nice and friendly. The washer and dryer that comes in each apartment is a nice extra. I really regret that I have to leave, but I have had to take a job in another city. Absolutely worth it!
August 4, 2015The complex is absolutely beautiful and modern. From the minute I walked in the door I loved everything I was being showed. The kitchen is to die for and the fact of a washer and dryer in the unit automatically won me over.
