My husband and I have had an amazing experience living at Vita Apartments in Orange! From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to William, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a huge difference.
One of the standout things about this community is how clean and well-maintained everything is. There's always staff actively cleaning and keeping the property ...
in top condition, which really shows the level of care they put into the environment. I also appreciate the added sense of safety with the presence of a security guard, which makes coming home feel even more comfortable.
Another huge plus is the amenities--especially the large gym and workout studio. It's spacious, well-equipped, and makes it easy to stay consistent with fitness without ever leaving the property.
On top of all that, the staff truly care about residents and go the extra mile to build a sense of community. They consistently host events like free donuts and coffee mornings, and even thoughtful touches like flowers and other surprises. It really makes living here feel special.

This was our first apartment we moved into and honestly we couldn’t have picked a better place. The space and location is nice, plenty of amenities and it’s cool they do a bunch of events for everyone to take part in, win prizes and mingle with others. Would recommend for any and all size families.
