April 22, 2026My experience at Vita has been pretty seamless. Maintenance is quick and reliable, everything gets taken care of within a day or two and done right the first time. The team is also great to work with. Alyssa was super helpful during move-in, Madeline is always on top of things, and William is always friendly and easy to talk to. April 22, 2026Living at Vita has been really smooth overall. The biggest standout for me is maintenance. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled within 24–48 hours, and they actually check to make sure everything is resolved, which you don’t see everywhere. The staff also makes a big difference. Alyssa was incredibly helpful during move-in and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Madeline has been consistently responsive, and William is just genuinely pleasant to interact with. It ...feels like they care, not just doing their job. Great place to live
June 29, 2025This was our first apartment we moved into and honestly we couldn’t have picked a better place. The space and location is nice, plenty of amenities and it’s cool they do a bunch of events for everyone to take part in, win prizes and mingle with others. Not too shabby
June 27, 2025Guest parking is an odd number of passes, but better than nothing. Changed staff recently and they’re nice! Love the activities that they have for residents! I do wish the carpets in the hallways and stairs were cleaned more frequently? Also wish that the walls were thicker, because you can hear people’s footsteps from upstairs + their restroom flushes. Overall, not bad of an apartment and I like how maintenance is pretty quick!Property Manager Responded

While structural sound insulation is something we unfortunately can’t modify, we are always looking for ways to enhance overall comfort. We do have a routine cleaning schedule in place, but we'll inspect the areas you mentioned and adjust the frequency as needed to ensure they’re better maintained. As for guest parking—we know it’s limited, but we’re glad to hear the pass system is still helpful. Your feedback helps us continue improving the Vita experience for everyone.
