The staff is hands down the best! They’re very welcoming and accommodating, making you feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quick. The property is well maintained and amenities are resort style, could spend a full day without leaving! Love this property and management team!

Perfect First Apartment

I’ve been living here for 1.5 years, and it’s been a great experience! The amenities are always clean and available, and the staff are really nice! The free parking spots, the generally quiet community, and sense of security are huge pluses. Highly recommend living here!

Great place to live

This was our first apartment we moved into and honestly we couldn’t have picked a better place. The space and location is nice, plenty of amenities and it’s cool they do a bunch of events for everyone to take part in, win prizes and mingle with others. Would recommend for any and all size families.

You get your moneys worth living at the vita! Amenities are well kept and maintained, the common areas are clean and the building overall feels safe and secure! Friendly neighbors and the office staff along with the maintenance staff are always on it!

Awesome place to live!

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and can’t say enough good things about Vita! Friendly staff, apartment complex is kept very clean, repairs made very fast, gym and parking garage is great, EV charging, etc.

Not too shabby

Guest parking is an odd number of passes, but better than nothing. Changed staff recently and they’re nice! Love the activities that they have for residents! I do wish the carpets in the hallways and stairs were cleaned more frequently? Also wish that the walls were thicker, because you can hear people’s footsteps from upstairs + their restroom flushes. Overall, not bad of an apartment and I like how maintenance is pretty quick!

While structural sound insulation is something we unfortunately can’t modify, we are always looking for ways to enhance overall comfort. We do have a routine cleaning schedule in place, but we'll inspect the areas you mentioned and adjust the frequency as needed to ensure they’re better maintained. Extremely poor management. Most of the good reviews are management themselves and they also write comments below every negative comment trying to turn the situation around rather then accepting responsibility and actually addressing issues. Management is more focused on squeezing extra dollars out of residents rather than actually maintaining the building or keeping the area safe. Too many options in the area to live in such a poorly managed building.

Overpriced

TLDR: Don’t live here. The guest parking is terrible here. If you have more than a few friends or a family that would like to come visit, I recommend living somewhere else. The residents often park in the guest parking even though it’s prohibited and management/security does nothing about it. Additionally, the amenities are often broken. The jacuzzis have been non-functional for the last four months. Also, you can’t have more than four guests with you in the amenities. They have cameras that ...
monitor you and charge you several hundred dollars if you have more than 4 guests. It’s honestly kind of creepy. They use the security system to control the residents more than to keep them safe. It’s giving “Big Brother.” Basically, the amenities are heavily advertised, often broken and highly regulated so you can’t use them freely.
