THESE APARTMENTS SUCK! First they told me that all utilities were included then slowly each month I had more charges on my rent unrelated to any damage or fees. The way they charge you for energy is that they split the quad into 4 payments so you each pay your part but if someone uses more energy that month it’s all on everyone. roommate for their food that was stolen. Sometimes the ac doesn’t work but all they will do is turn up someone else’s ac in the quad to make it colder but it just ups the energy cost. When the ac blows in the summer it seems so spread out like we’re dying for it to come on. All neighbors are angry parents or old nosy people. Management can be very unhelpful, unhappy and rude. Management is always monitoring what someone’s is doing in the quads aka smoking weed or bringing friends over. The gym is uncomfortable to use as the people in the leasing office can hear each and every machine being used through the open door. If you’re considering these apartments, HIGHLY RECONSIDER!!!! There are 1 bed rooms for the same price in Vegas or maybe a little more. This isn’t a bang for your buck AT ALL!
