January 5, 2025The living experience here is terrible…don’t live here if it’s possible. We’ve only been here for about 5 months but we’ve already lost more than 10 packages…the package system has big problem, my package can be put anywhere , always hard to find it, and always being stolen. The EV charging fee is ridiculous too. Charging the car from 20 to 100% needs more than $20 for only energy fee, even more expensive than public chargers. The valet garbage service is useless, but we have to pay for ...it. Usually, there are many conditions to collect the garbage. It is much more convenient to throw away the garbage by myself. They always building something unnecessary to upgrade the rent, but they don't consider what the residents really need.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024Forcing us to pay for trash service without an opt out yet the trash is missed at least once a week. No free community events anymore. Used to have free kombucha on the 3rd floor but now it costs. Parking used to be included for the first car and now has a monthly cost with the second car price going up too. Parking around the complex used to be free for visitors and again is now paid for at a rate of $4 an hour. Then we received an email that “management heard our feedback” and said in an effort ...to free up spots they will just tow cars who don’t pay. That is ridiculous considering the parking wasn’t full from paid visitors because no one wanted to pay to park there. It just seems like greystar nickel and dimes you for every little thing and residents are absolutely unhappy about it.Property Manager Responded
November 20, 2024Hi We are excited to let you know that all of our resident events are always complimentary. We do have all of our coffee, tea and kombucha at no charge for residents on Thursdays. We know the parking changes have been difficult, but we do provide visitor spots in the parking garages with complimentary passes available in the Reliant app.
