March 19, 2025Living at Vivo Apartments has been a great experience! The location is incredibly convenient, especially for students—it’s just minutes away from the University of Toledo, which makes getting to class super easy. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The recent renovations have really improved the community spaces. The clubhouse is a great place to relax, and the fitness center is a nice bonus for staying active without leaving home. The ...apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with all the essential amenities you need for comfortable living. Do NOT move here
January 19, 2022The carpet was not changed nor clean when I moved in and the bathroom light was broken and took a few weeks for it to get fixed also there is mold in my apartment that they will do nothing about. I told them about the a numerous of times and all they can say is they don’t see or smell anything but I’ve showed them pictures of the mold on my personal belongings and in the bathroom.Review from Apartments.com
great affordable place for college students
October 21, 2020I think this place is a great place to be near campus and away from campus it is located by the university of Toledo main campus and it takes about 10 mins to get to campus and it has great fast food places like burger king and pizza and seafood spots there is also a night club (for students mostly) less then 5 mins by walking and there is a family dollar and gas station close by that you can walk to and the Wi-Fi and cable come into the deal to make it a great purchase to rent . and the people ...who work in the leasing office are great and helps when u need something fixed because they fixed my shower when it had a problem draining. and also they give out free breakfast sometimes or have game nights that could get you free food to a store like Walmart or target and sometimes you can get free laundry detergent . I lived at vivo for about 3 years and i had a fantastic time the only thing I would say im not a big fan of is the laundry card because you cannot put money on it from online and you have to put money on it when the office is open and somebody like me who is busy for alot of the day it was hard making the time to go there to put money on it and I also didn't carry cash on me so I would have to get money out the ATM then out it then put it on my car but I think anybody who goes to UT should live it it was great .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
