Exceptional Property
May 12, 2020I’ve lived at Voda since June of 2018. The location is unbelievable and the staff is excellent as well! Anytime I have had an issue they jump to help. For the first time in a while I trust them to act in my best interest. Really cool! They also try to bring the community together with catered events, stuff we all get/SWAG, and other fun contests. I actually won recently! Very clean, very quiet. Highly recommended!Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home
May 12, 2020I've been at Voda for a little over a year now and it's been a great place to call home. Love that the apartments are so new, with modern finishes, very open and airy with lots of natural light. Great location in the heart of downtown Kirkland -- walkable to restaurants, Kirkland Urban (QFC, Shake Shack, etc.), transit, library, and Marina Park @ Lake Washington. Property management folks in the office (Julie & Katie) are awesome -- professional, friendly, and helpful. Great small city living!
May 10, 2020You cannot beat this location for access to the lake and fun things to do! The apartments are very nice, modern and minimal sound from upstairs neighbors is a bonus due to solid construction. The response time for maintenance requests is outstanding and they are super nice. March 28, 2020I recently moved to Voda Kirkland from Seattle and I am so pleased with my decision! The leasing/move in experience was seamless due to a well organized and professional staff that respond to inquiries quickly. The building is clean and well maintained even though I hardly ever see or hear a maintenance person, which makes me think they must be ninjas. My apartment is lovely. It's only 700 SF, but the open layout makes it feel larger. Plus there is plenty of closet and cupboard space. The ...appliances are modern and really nice. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a must for me! I also really love the heating/AC unit on the wall. It works just like central heating/AC where you can program it to keep the apartment at the perfect temperature all the time. This is important to us furry face mom's and dad's! And last but not least, the location is amazing! Once things go back to normal, I look forward shopping, dining out and participating in community events. Lucky US!! We found the BEST spot to call home!
February 13, 2020We were picky first-time renters when we stumbled onto Voda. What we found is a Unit that is bright and airy, has wonderful amenities, a dynamite view and everything within easy walking distance--including transit. The management staff and maintenance are top-notch --- attentive, quick to respond to any of our needs, and always greet us with a happy smile and a cheery Hello!
