Okay but Overpriced
February 23, 2024Fundamentally the Voyager at Space Center units are pretty good in terms of layout and interior quality. They aren't luxury apartments though, any more than a restaurant that tags its sign with 'fine dining' is actually fine dining. There are a lot of broader building challenges - the walls and especially ceilings are thin, noise can be a huge problem depending on your neighbors. Pet waste in the halls is an issue. Elevators are the reason I moved in originally, and it turns out those can be ...down for months at a time - the building layout can be real horrible when they're down if you're not by a stairwell. There have been a litany of property management companies come through so paperwork gets lost, rules are intermittently enforced, and new fees appear at random. They'll charge you ~$125 for cleaning and repair when moving out, pretty much guaranteed (I went out of my way to do it myself, didn't matter).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible Management
October 5, 2023Horrible management and company. Auto drafted what the system told me to auto draft and received an eviction notice as the amount was not correct giving me 3 days to leave . What company treats tenants that way. All they needed to do is call me and tell me that the auto draft was not correct and did not include other charges. They clearly do not care about tenants and retaining customers. If you want to be treated like this come to the voyager at space center.Property Manager Responded

FEES FEES FEES
September 20, 2022This apartment is under new management. Since taking over they have increased rents, increased monthly fees and stopped all grounds maitenance. If you don't trust me tour their grounds, especially the reflection pond area, total disaster, before signing a contract. Also, read your contract very carefully, they will use every word in it to collect more money from you, even when you try to leave. This place has a nice exterier, but don't be fooled, you will regret it...Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2022Poor and unresponsive management. I definitely do not intend to resign my lease. They keep raising the rent and adding extra fees but can’t offer any explanation as to what these fees are going to. EXPPM is Desperate
May 24, 2022EXPPM jacked up rent $350 when they bought in January and have only made things worse. The 741 sqft floorplans have gone up $70 in the past two months. On the first month of ownership, they posted utilities on the 13th of the month, and then tried to charge everyone late fees, going so far as to post notes with a handwritten "2nd notice" warning on the same day. I don't know a single resident who is planning to re-sign. Just had a break-in last month, and they listed the unit almost immediately ...on here.
