About Voyageur Estates

Voyageur Estates is a brand new 88 unit/3 story, market rate property that opened it's doors on September 26, 2019! Voyageur Estates offers an unbeatable combination of location and value. It's nestled in a quiet, convenient area in the heart of Hastings, Minnesota. It features one, two and three-bedroom beautiful apartment homes that include, washer/dryer in each unit and spacious living areas. To enhance each resident lifestyle it will include a fitness center, community-wide Wi-Fi, game room, media center/movie theater, stainless steal appliances, walk-in closets, car charging station and bicycle storage. Max 1 pet per unit No utilities are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including water, electricity, gas and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in Pricing and availability are subject to change. Building decent- management bad

The building is decent. But there’s a lot of things going wrong that shouldn’t be for an apartment building on 7 months old. Ceilings and walls crumbling, apartment number signs falling off the walls. Washing machines stop working. Management is subpar. Makes you fix your own problems. Doesn’t offer help or guidance when something goes wrong. Office constantly closed, making communication extremely hard.
