    This has been a challenge the whole time. From day one there has been issues and complications that still are unattended to. However, when it’s bill time, that is promptly addressed and given great concern. Not very tenant friendly.

    We’ve recently moved in and we are really enjoying it here!! our neighbors are friendly and have al ready talked to us and Gina is AMAZING!! she does so much and juggles everything so well I feel very happy with contacting her if we have any problems and I feel confident it will be taken care of. We are very excited and happy to live here!

    The billing department is unacceptable. They do not respond to messages in a timely manner about your billing account and by the time they do respond, you have now been charged late fees. Being expected to blindly make payments and face consequences for asking for clarification. Charging the back utilities without a sufficient system has made paying rent a nightmare. The front office also does not seem to have all of the information to assist with this when the billing department is being ...
    difficult. This hassle is heavily weighing toward me not renewing my lease.

    Awesome so far! The management team is so great. Gaby and staff are so welcoming before you even moving in. I definitely feel at home. Quiet and well illuminated areas, easy safe walks around the complex.

    Would love if there was a security patrolling the area at night/day time. Overall it’s not that bad here. The new door knobs are great too we get to use our phones to unlock

    Good day. So far so good. Feels serene and quiet down here. We love the place. As for the maintenance, we still have some pending matters to be addressed to. Hopefully, it will be taken cared of the soonest. But again, overall, all is well.

    Love these apartments they are so nice I have been here for 4 months and I love it here I made a good choice to move to these apartments. I will be renewing my lease once this is up ti continue to stay here

    Overall I like living in this rental community. It is a quiet and safe place to live. The amenities are great and available most of the time. I have lived here for many years. The only issue there is no way to talk to a live person in the property management office. When you call the office number, you are directed to a call center. If you want an immediate response you have to walk down to the property management office.
