February 3, 2026To start, the previous leasing agent that no longer works here, lied to us about the apartment we were getting. We were able to self tour the showing apartment & were told that our apartment would look like that. We weren't actually allowed to see our apartment before moving in but we trusted that they wouldn't lie to us. Cabinets are made to look new but its just laminate that was already peeling upon move in. Ceiling light cover has tape on it. Laminate floors in the bathroom (which you aren't ...EVER supposed to put laminate in a BR) are bubbling / coming apart. Half our outlets & switches don't work. Paint spots were left on the floor. I can hear every step our neighbors make & can even hear them talking. Both our neighbors across the hall constantly fight & ask to use our phones only to keep fighting (the police were here for it. We didn't call but yikes.) Hot tub dirty. Not enough maintenance folks. Disappointed to say the least. Leasing folk & maintenance staff are nice though!Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026The property is clean with several amenities such as a pool, hot tub, work out room, community room and wash house. Gina and the staff have been very professional and accommodating. January 11, 2026My apartment community has been a challenge for me from day one. Even in this moment I’m oppressed nightly by the constant pounding of the stomping of the resistance that were relocated to live above my unit. My peace has been interrupted by water coming down from their unit into mine. The monthly bill I have continue to be charged for hauling trash in addition to already paying for trash. The fact that I on my own choose to separate my recycling and properly dispose of it correctly has no ...merits. I’m still charged for hauling due to what others actions are. Having no ventilation creating mold , damped window seals creating a stale Oder that is obvious upon entry into my unit. This requires that I buy multiple air deodorizer’s. I’ve submitted work orders. Talked face to face with management and maintenance about all of these continuing issues and yet here I am still six months later with more of the same. I’m praying and trying to be humbly patient. However, this is a problem.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2025I requested pest control services. I had previously made this request and it had been scheduled to be completed on a day when I was working. Apparently they required more explicit permission from me in order to simply enter and do what I had asked. The ants come in when it rains. If they find food they will stay. On the latest occasion I made the request and it was fulfilled. And after the application of the pesticide, the ants got very slow and stopped entering. Not perfect, but this is ...what we can expect with current technology.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2025The apartment complex is clean and well kept. The maintenance has a fast response time, they completes all repair tasks quickly and neatly. Overall the community is quiet. September 10, 2025The billing department is unacceptable. They do not respond to messages in a timely manner about your billing account and by the time they do respond, you have now been charged late fees. Being expected to blindly make payments and face consequences for asking for clarification. Charging the back utilities without a sufficient system has made paying rent a nightmare. The front office also does not seem to have all of the information to assist with this when the billing department is being ...difficult. This hassle is heavily weighing toward me not renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded
