October 8, 2025This has been a challenge the whole time. From day one there has been issues and complications that still are unattended to. However, when it’s bill time, that is promptly addressed and given great concern. Not very tenant friendly.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025The billing department is unacceptable. They do not respond to messages in a timely manner about your billing account and by the time they do respond, you have now been charged late fees. Being expected to blindly make payments and face consequences for asking for clarification. Charging the back utilities without a sufficient system has made paying rent a nightmare. The front office also does not seem to have all of the information to assist with this when the billing department is being ...difficult. This hassle is heavily weighing toward me not renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025Overall I like living in this rental community. It is a quiet and safe place to live. The amenities are great and available most of the time. I have lived here for many years. The only issue there is no way to talk to a live person in the property management office. When you call the office number, you are directed to a call center.
