September 1, 2025Overall I’m quite happy living here at The Vue Park West! The apartment is incredibly spacious; so much storage! It’s designed in such a way that it feels more like a home than an apartment. I’ve struggled a bit with the bugs (understandable in apartments), however, pest control and maintenance staff are excellent in response time, quality of service and commitment to customer service. The community of Park West has so many amenities, I only have to leave to go to work and grocery shop. I love ...it!Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2025My air conditioner can not keep up with the heat. I had the maintenance come out and look at it, they moved around the vents and looked at the unit, told me it was a new unit.. then did nothing else. That was over a month ago, but the fact is that two rooms in my apartment are so hot that it’s completely inconvenient and uncomfortable. I’ve brought a complaint to the front office about the weights inside the gym. There is a 30lb, 35lb, and 2 40lb dumbbells missing, I was told that if there was ...budget they would replace them. Nothing has changed. The gym and its high quality of equipment was one of the MAIN reasons I rented here instead of elsewhere. I would like my complaints to be addressed. The pool has been down two full weekends within the last month, the dog stations are consistently out of bags and over flowing with trash, the gym trash has been overflowing multiple times as well. Paula at the front has been perfect. She is sweet and it always trying to help.Property Manager Responded
