Don't Do It!
February 25, 2026Horrible experience. My daughter has been living here since January 2026. They are without working elevators, dryer is broken, the dishwasher is plugged in across their island because an electrician has been promised to fix the outlet behind it, but it has not been fixed. None of the girls living with her, including her have mailboxes so they can't receive any mail. They were told that the apartment was furnished but they never received all of the furniture. The front office is not helpful and ...many issues have not been resolved. When they ask for something to be fixed they are reprimanded for it. Sweet student living at Vue tampa!
March 26, 2025Honestly, Vue Tampa is awesome!. My apartment's super comfy, and the pool and gym are a huge plus. The staff is really cool, too they actually care about the residents. January 23, 2025The new management has been kind and answered any and all questions I had and the rent is very affordable and nice. December 3, 2024Avoid this at all costs!! They will not do any of your work requests but will mark them as "complete". Roaches in the building even if you are very clean they will show up. The heating does not work, will set off the fire alarm if you try to turn on the heat and smells like burning plastic. Gate to parking lot is always broken and you cannot get in without a card will not give you a replacement even if you pay money so you cannot access the apartment building. They charge you for trash service ...which is supposed to come weekly but they never come. "Upgraded room" will cost you an extra $25 per month even though the only upgrade is the fake wood floor in the living room. That means they get $100 from the entire apartment each month for 12 months for basically nothing. If you have a problem they say they cannot talk to you. It's upper management's fault, the staff is fine but helpless. They transferred management but things are just as bad if not worse. Also, half of the building is Airbnb so hopefully, you are okay with strangers circulating in and out. A simple comfortable place
October 2, 2023The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are professional in dealing with tenants. Even tired they give their best to accommodate request and inquiries. The place is very accessible to schools, church, market and recreational areas. I'm happy and blessed with the place.Gym and pool are always available. Request to fix things are easily accommodated, they have enough maintenance personnel who immediately respond. Stay away!
August 3, 2023This place is a dump. Elevators don't work most of the time. Can't use the pool, the gate code is always messed up. The game room in club house has been closed for years. They tow your car even though they tell you you can park somewhere. Roaches on 3rd floor. Security drive in gates are wide open most of the time. People in office are rude & ignorant. Worst apartment experience
July 11, 2022The management is absolutely horrible and has gotten worse since switching names and everything. I had nothing but issues since the moment I moved in. From the girl having to remake my key 4 times to get it to finally work. To my room not having the furniture it was supposed to have. They are constantly trying to be more fancy and change things like the gate cards that I had to get 3 different ones because they said they were getting rid of the code. Management and even the company that owns the ...business do not care about what goes on inside the apartments. It is dirty and the elevator are broken 90% of the time. Parking fills up insanely fast at nights during the week and finding a visitor parking spot is hard anytime. The office is just trying to get commission on you signing so they show you the prettiest/biggest apartment.
