June 3, 2025A beautiful and peaceful place to live. The grounds are well manicured. My neighbors are friendly. I’m near transportation, shopping and parks. There are plenty of amenities, pool, recreation room and laundry. Great view. When something needs to be fixed, maintenance is there to put my mind to rest.Property Manager Responded

April 30, 2025Apartments looks great, really happy with the space but I have more than a few things needing fixes like garbage disposal, closet light and sliding door blinds are stuck and it's very inconvenient. 3 days into moving in and maintenance is already needed. April 14, 2025Moved in during the property management switch, and I was quoted the incorrect price for rent and on my move-in day found out that I needed to pay more money than what I was previously told during the 30 day wait to move in. I never received a copy of my lease and right now. I am in need of rental assistance and cannot apply because I do not have a copy of the lease and the office says they do not have a copy either. At least create me a new one so my home is secured and you guys are paid.Property Manager Responded
