Roosters on property will affect your sleep
December 18, 2025There are three roosters and a bunch of wild chickens that roam this property freely and crow outside of my window every morning as early as 4am. They are very loud and they will affect your sleep if you move anywhere on the east side of the lake. Though I wouldn’t even recommend moving to the other side, seeing as management allows this kind of issue to go on and affect their residents. They respond and say that they will do something, then multiple months go by and the roosters are still waking ...you up every day. It’s a ridiculous situation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
August 26, 2023Roach infested! Crawling out of light sockets, in dishwasher, in oven, on clothes, and even ended up in my bag which was brought to me job. Ruined my thanksgiving because roaches crawling in food. Worst 6 months of my life living there.DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!!.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful and quiet community
August 15, 2023All the girls in the office are rockstars! They try very hard to make your stay at The Vue a comfortable one. Maintenance does a good job. They just renewed my lease at a reasonable rate and im very happy. My apartment is very nice compared to some places in that area. Keep up the great work ladies!Property Manager Responded

Disappointed but Recovered
August 9, 2015Back in March of 2015 I had reserved my current apartment complex Grand Isle At Baymeadows. I held the apartment from May 16 to May 30. I moved in on May 30 only to discover that my apartment couldn't have been more "ready." I was disappointed in the fact that bathroom was dirty, there was an infestation with roaches, and the sink had a big glob of paint in it. There was more but those where the big things. I didn't understand how they had extra days to finish the last minute touches but didn't. ...They advertised luxury but it didn't have that same feel. Anyway I wrote them an email voicing my concerns because the times that the complex are open where an inconvenience to me. I wrote the Email on a Monday and by the time Wednesday came I had a whole new apartment. They replaced countertops, painted, and even addressed problems that I didn't mention in my email. Close to everything!
July 23, 2015This is a great apartment complex that is close to everything. A great Shopping mall is a few miles away, two grocery stores, two pharmacies, several great restaurants and a movie theater too! It is gated and has a great pool area and work out room. Grand isle at baymeadows
July 20, 2015Grand isle is one of the best apartments I have lived in! They offer so much and are incredibly low priced! The pool and gym just got redone! The gym has locker rooms with jot saunas in each! They are the only apartment on the road which is a beautiful back road view. It is quiet yet fun. We have a 9 month old son and he sleeps perfectly with no interruptions if you are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom in the baymeadows south side area this is the place for youReview from Apartments.com
