December 24, 2024Staff members in leasing office are quite unfriendly & unwelcoming / elevators need to be cleaned other than that everything is great. Gym equipment is new and very clean. Pool is lovely & the free coffee / tea / espresso is one of my favorite parts !Property Manager Responded

October 26, 2024I have tried multiple times to reach out when I have a problem and get the same line “we will talk to management” then I never hear back and the problem really doesn’t get fixed or if it does it is not fixed in a timely manner. I have had so many issues since moving in here and it honestly is insane given the price we pay for these units.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024Overall, my experience living here has been sub par. It’s gone in waves of being a likeable place to live to absolutely hating it. The quality of the buildings is poor and constantly things are failing that they are having to fix. Management tries there best at hosting events but that just started lately. July 29, 2024I moved in back in April 2024. I love the view I have sitting on the balcony. The complex for the most part is peaceful…… As for cleanliness, the apartment complex can use some work. The elevator should be kept clean at all times especially if you are showing the property to potential tenants. In addition, the basement and the hallways could be kept cleaner and rid of bugs. There are so many moths, crickets and grasshoppers that should be kept under control. I can’t walk to my apt ...without moths, crickets and grasshoppers flying everywhere. I also would like to point out that the rule of the property if you sign up for valet trash is to put your trash can in doors once empty however some tenants do not abide by this rule. The staff in particular Jana and Vanessa are great and helpful. Overall I feel the complex was cleaner and more presentable when I first moved in compared to 3 months in and could use some work on cleanliness and more importantly minimizing the bugs.Property Manager Responded
