However, the distribution amount for the water bill needs to be reassessed. The bill is extremely high. The gates need to be maintained in working order. The airport and brighline is also within fair traveling distance. While management cannot walk behind and supervise all resident, the community is often clean except for a few small trash left by residents here and there. These are always cleaned almost immediately. Hallways and stairs are washed often and the landscape is well kept. ...The pool is beautiful, clean and so is the gym. Even though I have seen some resident walking their dogs with no doggie waste bag, I have personally haven't seen any dog mess anywhere in the hallway, or walkway. The complex is also secured and I feel very safe here. I feel safe entering or walking around anytime of day or night including going to get mails and packages. The secured package concierge lockers are also amazing! While the walls are not so thin, management team worked to address my previous noise issue with a neighbor. I felt my issue was taken seriously and I felt valued as a resident. The management team are all amazing!! EVERYONE in the front office is always friendly, professional, respectful, patient, listens to and always address concerns. Maintenance usually resolve Maintenance requests as early as the next day, given the time of day I place a request. The price is fair for the layout and size of unit which feels like a smaller Single Family home (But does not need to increase hahaha) there is ample space for large furnishings, and lots of closet space for extra storage. I also like how wide the hallways are, no bumping into anyone. I love and appreciate the elevator which most complex do not have. It is always clean and in working condition. Management always have food truck, and or give aways at times to show resident appreciation, and activities to engage resident.
