Feels like home!
November 20, 2021Almost 5 years living here. Always a pleasure to return from work and get comfortable. Whenever there has been any maintenance issue, they usually show up the same day! And love the amenities, especially the very well kept pool area. Landscaping always immaculate! No need to say more….Property Manager Responded

Always accomidating

Also, the staff are very accommodating with reliable and welcoming service. February 5, 2021We love this community. The location is great, and we love that once inside the property, you do not feel as if you are right off of busy Kendall drive. It is peaceful! The best place to live
February 4, 2021I went to several places looking for rent, but when i saw this community, i stopped looking. This is an excellent place to live. This community is very safe, clean and quiet, and the location can not be better. The staff is excellent. i was attended by Flora and she was very helpful in solving any issues and answering any questions in a very professional way. Great community
February 2, 2021I love living at the Waterford Landing. I just renewed my lease for another year. The ladies at the front office are great people. FlorAngel and Vilma are always attentive at the tenants needs. They listen and understand. It’s great to have people that will talk to you like a person instead of a number. December 8, 2020This community is amazing. Very well kept landscaping. Beautiful lake views. Very pleasant and quite. I’ve been a resident for quite awhile and I can’t imagine myself living somewhere else in Miami. Well located. Walking distance to everything you need. October 29, 2020This property is perfect, it is safe, quiet and clean, dogs are leased and owners carry bags for their pets business, not what you typically see in other rentals. Problems are always solved and they do go beyond the call of duty to assist with any issue. The office staff are always welcoming. The maintenance crew are fantastic, and don't leave a mess when they are done. Things are completed in a timely manner. Had to downsize from a 4 bdrm home and now in a 1 bedroom.
