January 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe property managers literally have video footage of my car being broken into and vandalized. They refuse to send it to my insurance or police despite having a sign reading “video will be shared with police for prosecution”. The only advice I’ve gotten is to pay an exorbitant amount for their garage (which I’d also have to buy my own lock for). The walls are so thin you can hear conversations in any other apartment. Regarding the video footage referenced, the cameras and signage on the property are intended solely for monitoring the dumpster area for illegal dumping. They are not designed to provide surveillance of parking areas or vehicles, and Wabash Manor does not offer security or investigative services. For this reason, we are unable to review or distribute camera footage for resident-related incidents. We also understand your concerns regarding building conditions and amenities. The Laundry Center is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to reopen within the next 30 days. We appreciate residents’ patience as this work is completed. October 17, 2019 - Review from Apartments.com*WARNING UPSTAIRS APARTMENTS HAVE NO CARPET* All four apartments in my building don't have carpet, I can hear every step they make plus some. I've been here a year so far but might have to break my lease for my second year because of the obnoxious noise I'm subjecting to daily. The walls aren't just thin if you decide to stay in a downstairs apartment and the people upstairs are dragging furniture and letting their baby bang and throw things on the floor. Sometimes they let him run back and ...forth for 4-5 hours. So after you work all day and come home you can't enjoy what your paying for. The maintenance staff are very respectful, they come asap when needed and they get the job done. The office staff are also great! They nake sure we feel comfortable in our home. I like that they have community involved activities that the residents can participate in and also win prizes. The administrative staff, whether it is the beginning of the day, or two minutes before closing, have always taken the time to assist me in any situation. I love that Wabash Manor keeps the community involved and “in the know.” They have this amazing email that comes ...out every Friday that gives you information on the events that are going on around town. I love that you guys appreciate your tenants by having free special events that honor us. I remember the Christmas door decorating contest, which I did take part in, as well as delectable Valentine’s Day treats that were available to all tenants. Mrs. Lajuane has been a great addition to your team; she has made changes I never thought were possible, and makes living here something I would consider long-term. The maintenance staff here is impeccable. I had had very few problems since I have lived here, but when I do need to call on them, they do not hesitate to come right over. They are always friendly, courteous, and they get the job done. Every morning I wake up, I can always bet on the seeing the guys outside cleaning up before they start their day.
