August 19, 2023Zero management ever, prices are ridiculous, halls smell, sewer flies during summer months, you can never get ahold of anyone, the list just goes on. No one should ever live here. They're not good at their job and don't know what they're doing. New Landlords Absent Promises
November 10, 2021Haven’t really seen management in months. Ripped paintings from hallway, left holes for five months, now junks in hallway. Used to have a cleaning crew weekly, now it’s annually I think. Office has been closed due to “Covid” for months. Promised better non flooding patios, nothing, newer washers, nothing, at least the community and residents are nice and friendly.Review from Apartments.com

New owners
April 13, 2021New management took over 01/2021. Is not smoke free, they are taking out disposals, have a phone line for work requests that doesn't even know where the building is, radiator heat, and only air conditioner is in the living room! NOT Smoke Free
January 9, 2021It's possible that there are "smoke free" buildings here, but my wife and I asked if we smoked, and we were very adamant that we did not. Now that it's cold, I can only guess that our neighbor decided it is too cold to smoke outside, and has started filling their apartment and ours with smoke. So much comes through that we have to keep our bathroom door closed tight with the vent on just so it leaks less to the rest of the house, but all the clothes in my closet, everything in my bathroom, and ...all of my furniture now reeks. I'm embarrassed when I leave the house because I can smell myself and how much I smell like cigarettes. As a non-smoker I got nausea and headaches for the first two weeks and have been miserable. We called the office and they let us know that there was nothing they could do because it "is NOT a smoke free building". TLDR: Not only us it not smoke free, the apartments share so much air that if your neighbor wants they can basically force their smoking habit onto you. June 5, 2020These apartments are great. They are decent sized, the staff is friendly, the maintenance is quick and polite. The only thing that I really wish was different was the laundry. There is only one washer and one dryer for an 8 unit building. But other than that, I highly recommend this apartment complex :)Review from Apartments.com
