    I really enjoyed my stay at the Walcott, it is a beautiful facility with fair prices. However the management is unorganized and terrible. I left the Walcott early February 2024. I returned my keys and key card before leaving my unit. I was recently informed by a different manager of the facility (they have management changes pretty frequently) that I am still a tenant of the Walcott. I have not lived there for 2 months at this point. Good building and great rooms, terrible management makes the ...
    whole experience not worth it. Stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

    The Walcott is a great place to live! The updated appliances and amenities, location, and the security of the building provide safety and easy access to Louisville, gas stations, as well as restaurants in the area. I love it here!

    The only complaint I have is lack of soundproofing from floors above the units. I've talked to several residents and the noise from apartments above and having to take it upon themselves to confront residents of the excessive noise due to not having security on site is an issue. Other than that, my experience living here has been great.

    The Walcott Jeffersonville is a true luxury apartment in the best location Louisville has to offer. Walkability and amenities make this place what it is! My family and I will not leave here so long as we live in the area.

  • Beautiful, Spacious and Luxurious

    I moved in months ago. The staff is amazing. They keep the residents updated with any changes or issues that may happen on the property. Maintenance is fast and great at what they do. Within walking distance from restaurants, bars and parks. The big 4 bridge is super close and convenient to walk across.

  • Worst customer service

    My dryer hasn't worked since I have moved in a month ago. Staff has never called me to update me on the status. Their solution is for me to go use another apartment until mine can be fixed. They are completely rude and offer no compensation even though I signed a lease with a dryer included. Beware.
