Definitely wouldn’t recommend, they lie especially the 2 clowns in the office. I’ve never experienced that before. The slate apartments are awesome highly recommend. Goodluck.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Walcott, it is a beautiful facility with fair prices. However the management is unorganized and terrible. I left the Walcott early February 2024. The only complaint I have is lack of soundproofing from floors above the units. I've talked to several residents and the noise from apartments above and having to take it upon themselves to confront residents of the excessive noise due to not having security on site is an issue. Other than that, my experience living here has been great.

Beautiful, Spacious and Luxurious

I moved in months ago. The staff is amazing. They keep the residents updated with any changes or issues that may happen on the property. Maintenance is fast and great at what they do. Within walking distance from restaurants, bars and parks. The big 4 bridge is super close and convenient to walk across.

My dryer hasn't worked since I have moved in a month ago. Staff has never called me to update me on the status. Their solution is for me to go use another apartment until mine can be fixed. They are completely rude and offer no compensation even though I signed a lease with a dryer included. Beware.
