We are surrounded by cigarette smoke all day, next to us and above us. Manger acts like it not in her jurisdiction, so we're stuck here due to finance reasons with them raising the rent. Never can get good sleep because the people upstairs walk alot and the ceiling creaks and it sounds like they're dropping bowling balls. Also has a sign outside that says Walden point is doing some illegal business something like that. Oh and the other neighbors dogs won't stop barking and whining. No clean pool, ...
no playground. $1.50 to wash, $1.75 to dry at the wash here. People also have put dents in our car by doing a hit and run in the parking lot. Something breaks every month. Bathtub was once blue before we moved in and now it's white and peeling.

I've been living here for a few years now and this apartment complex is very spacious but this is the worst place I've ever stayed in and I grew up in a bad neighborhood. Tried to move last year but somebody else got the apartment I wanted. I've seen some bad people that I know that's always hanging around here. I've seen weapons and drugs and I witness about 5 fights over here. They do background checks on everybody but these tenants are moving in some very bad people and you cannot do ...

And I haven't even gotten started on all the problems inside of the actual apartment. I don't have that much time to explain everything, but if you move here you will find out on your own. AVOID

I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The rooms are spacious enough for even 2 people. The manager is very nice. The idea of there being a big field in the complex is a great add on to the apartments.

Walden point is an quiet pkaxe, depending on the neighbors you have, nice spacing in living room and kitchen, comfy bedroom area, large closets, with bath/shower bathrooms.

we looked at a studio apartment. it was one of the newest buildings, it was nice, clean and the building looked good. but the rest of the apartment complex needs updating, it looked shabby. Manager that showed up the apartment was very nice

I was interested because I seen picture s on line. The pictures obviously must was taken when first built. They are very unnattractive in person in and out. the outside is tacky. The inside looks like small dorms. And I Dont like the fact a sliding glass is to the bedroom. But the manager is an extremly nice lady. I really liked her! !!
