NEVER LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!

Worst place I have ever lived and ive only been there 4 months, they have mice the basement floods the roof leaks and they take days to come look at things. Thats all they do is look at it and say that will get someone to fix iit and days turn into weeks and its never fixed. I HATE IT HERE AND I HAVE CHILDREN. ITS CHEAP BUT THERE ARE OTHER CHEAP PLACES THAT ARE CLEANER AND CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS.

The only value to living in this place is that it may be cheaper than some places. Our interior accommodations are old and outdated. There was supposed to be a complete remodel before we moved in and that was not done. However they had no problems charging us the increased "new renovation fee". We weren't allowed to see the unit before we signed the lease so that was in part our fault. Over the years the unit has had multiple failures of water, electricity, landscapers cutting internet cables ...
while trimming bushes, car vandalism and theft. The parking is atrocious. Now this company wants to displace over 30 cars to replace a portion of Merrimack Rd that is at best minimally eroded. Their planning has not taken into consideration any safety issues or even where all these cars can park considering that all the other lots are full by 9 pm every night. Many people have to park in the "no parking" zone. This feels like whoever is making these decisions does not care about residents, their property, their peace of mind, or the probability that they will have to park their cars very far from their unit. Please look for a place that actually cares about your family and safety. This project could definitely be planned out much better with more concern for residents. Keep searching, you'll be disappointed multiple times if you hang your hat here with the mice and cats.

Pros: this neighborhood is really calm. It’s super kid friendly. I feel comfortable walking around any time of day or night. Never had an issue finding parking in my section. Never been bothered by the neighbors or the leasing office. I feel at home.
Cons: it’s mouse infested and roach infested. The reason I don’t call the leasing office is that the only thing that could be done is they’d have to tent every unit on the ENTIRE PROPERTY which they aren’t gunna do because what I’m seeing is them ...
moving between units constantly. Found mouse hole all over. The roaches were easy to get ride of. Set up roach stations and they’re gone. I plus the mouse hole with steel wool and spray peppermint oil all over. I’m sure they’re aware of the infestation but judging by the comments I doubt they’ll do anything.

We have been here for almost four years, thing were ok at first but it just outrageous from not being able to park because neighbors not knowing how to park. There are no line and paving needs to be updated from the snow season. Things still are not fixed back door falling apart. My husband and I are tired of going to the rental office. Not even to mention the trash that the neighbors pile up at the mailbox before pickup days.

When we first moved in things seemed great. Now we have so much trouble with things falling apart. The washing machine, dish washer, and garbage disposle constantly break. The pipes are always leaking, but maintainence is sick of coming out. The entire place could use some TLC

The area is great good Elementary and Middle school, Mall, Shopping center and highway is within a mile. But the neighbors aren't the greatest. Loud on weekends, park at the top of the court and block your car in. Public arguments and neighborhood fights. It is not uncommon for you to not be able to pull into your court because police car are blocking the you from entering while they respond to a disturbance.
