If you like Roaches and Bedbugs this is the place for you
November 15, 2025Management is nice to you. However once you move in they get very rude and take their sweet time on getting things fixed. Complained about ROACHES and it took them about 3 weeks to get anyone out to take care of the issue. About a month later we had BEDBUGS which came from the laundry room at the apartment complex. We complained to the office about it and they blamed us and served us with a 60 day notice to leave the premises.Review from Apartments.com
If you like Roaches this is the place for you
September 19, 2022One star for this property is still too much. This place is infested with roaches, not only in the units but also on the balconies. Theres always enough trash and furniture near the dumpsters to file an entire apartment. The walk ways are disgusting to the point your feet will stick to them and it seems they have never been clean. Any complaints to managment will not be corrected. This is also supposed to be low income but they will raise your rent 1-2 times before you even complete your lease. ...If you value your health or hard earned money, dont be followed that this place is meant to help low income families.
