NOT SAFE! GUNSHOTS EVERY NIGHT

NOT SAFE TO LIVE.. listen to gunshots and arguing every night. I’ve been followed going on walks, had the apartment above flood my apartment and I am still dealing with the issues months later, and now I have had my window shot in with a 22. What does maintenance do? They file my complaints in the computer then immediately mark it as complete. I called the police station today to get a report from the accident that I reported on Monday when I had a maintenance man come in and tell me that he will ...
call the police and they tell me that there is no case number and that it was filed under vandalism. Every time I’ve reported a maintenance issue I have to call multiple times and report it, and it is always reported incorrectly in the system. I had someone come out to replace the window screens for my window instead of the glass. I report that my family and pets have been sick since the flood, our carpet is deformed and smells bad and we are given a dehumidifier.

Applied here, got approved. Got a move in date, move in date was changed multiple times for different reasons each time that made no sense. Wasn't told it was changed until I called the day of. Front office handled it worse way possible. Bad communication & because of my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not a front office that would have your back.

Don't Come Here!!! I literally have to stay up until 4am every night in this place, because I see roaches coming out at 2/3am l. I have gnats in my face all day everyday and my apartment stays clean. Don't let these reviews lie to you it's very loud in here most of the time including people arguing, neighbors stomping, etc. JUST DONT COME HERE. If I could give it a ZERO STAR I would.

I have been here since 2018. The apartments have roaches. The staff is always changing. I had a problem the woman from corp. She was unprofessional and rude. Plus didn't know how to read my lease very incompetent. I always pay my rent on time. But they will not be renewing my lease for what ever reason. Now we have to find a new place in the middle of a pandemic. My mother and I are both high risk. Move here at your own risk.

They're very cheap when repairing things. they replace old with old and then have to make repeat phone calls to get repaired. I don't think this is the maintenance people's fault. I think it's the management. The parking lots are dark at night and there are car break-ins and apartment break-ins. No courtesy officer on the premises, but they definitely need one! The apartments need to be remodeled, and once you get here they don't offer you anything if you want to renew your lease. The pool ...
is closed most of the summer for one reason or another. I think they just don't like dealing with the residents at the pool.
