The leasing office staff are super friendly and helpful and always willing to help if you need it. June 29, 2025Walden Legacy is the perfect place to live. The setting of the apartment complex is so beautiful. The grounds are always well maintained, as are the streets and the buildings. The office staff are respectful, professional, and accommodate the needs of the renters. I looked and looked for several months before renting at Walden Legacy, and found it to be the nicest apartment complex in Knoxville. The location is perfect. June 2, 2025The apartment has been good so far. Everything appears to be in order, and we're settling in comfortably. One of the first things we checked was the main gate, and we're happy to report that the lock works properly, which adds a layer of security and peace of mind. The surroundings are generally quiet, and the neighbors seem friendly. We’ve started to unpack and arrange things gradually, and the layout feels spacious and practical for daily living. There’s good natural light in the living area, ...and the ventilation is decent throughout the unit. While it’s still early, our initial impressions are positive. We haven’t had any major issues yet, and we’re hopeful it stays that way. Of course, only time will tell how everything holds up in the long run. For now, we’re optimistic and looking forward to making this space feel more like home as the days go by.Property Manager Responded
