I enjoy living at Walden Legacy, I just think the gym needs upgrades. Staff is as always excellent though! Gym just really shows it’s age, and I think it’s an east way to make people happy

I just picked up my keys, and the office staff was very informative and pleasant.
I won't be fully moved in until the weekend, so still getting adjusted to how things will be set up and made into "my place". But so far I'm very happy with the process and the apt.

So far, so good! My apartment was clean and welcoming and that made me feel good about moving into it. The leasing office staff are super friendly and helpful and always willing to help if you need it. I've had two maintenance requests and they were taken care of promptly and without issue.

A pretty quiet place with nice residents. I was worried about finding parking since i don’t get off of work until 7, but there is still plenty of parking when i get home!

I have been here since February 2021 and we really enjoy it here. Pretty quiet, dogs are welcome, staff is nice and they do a good job at keep the property clean. Can’t really complain.

I really enjoy living here, the only thing is that some of the amenities are starting to show their age—gym needs upgrades, guest parking would be nice, and the car wash’s water pressure is pretty low

It’s been ok. The pool is nice and we liked using the grill at the pool too. But I hate the gates always being left open for weeks at a time with no reason as to why.

Walden Legacy is the perfect place to live. The setting of the apartment complex is so beautiful. The grounds are always well maintained, as are the streets and the buildings. The office staff are respectful, professional, and accommodate the needs of the renters. I looked and looked for several months before renting at Walden Legacy, and found it to be the nicest apartment complex in Knoxville. The location is perfect. Walden Legacy is HOME!

I've lived here for 15 years and love the location and the staff.
To be honest though, I am not a fan of charging $25/month for each pet owned.
