Overpriced and Overhyped – Look Elsewhere
August 8, 2025Waldwick Station is not worth the premium price tag compared to other options in the area. Rent is high, and they keep raising both the rent and amenity fees, despite the fact that the amenities are poorly maintained. The gym’s AC has been broken for months, making it unusable in the summer. The hallways are dated, with noticeable stains (including dog poop) that never seem to get cleaned. The “rooftop lounge” is a joke—the outdoor TV is almost always broken, and the garage doors are frequently ...out of order. For a building charging luxury prices, the upkeep is far from luxury. There are also far more vacant units than they advertise online, which should tell you something. If you decide to live here, make sure to push for lease specials, because paying full price for this place is simply not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
