I love living here. Staff is awesome. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. Grounds are kept immaculate and winter snow is removed on a timely manner.

They have some fun community events that we enjoy! The grounds keepers are always keeping the snow ploughed and the sidewalks cleared during the winter months!!!

Walk about Creek is a very Pleasant place to live. the office and maintenance people are friendly. you will meet people of all ages here. it is pet friendly. A swimming pool is great when the weather is hot.The pavilion has grills for outdoor cooking. A couple times a year the management throws a cookout for the residents, plus a a food truck on occasion. It"s a short trip to town and just a mile from grocery shopping. The Wellness center and the Senior center is just down the Street along with ...
the walking trail. Medical help is close by. Dentist,Dermatologist ,Eye care all with in easy access.

I was stressed about the move-in process but Amanda and Chandra immediately took that away. They work hard, are personable and resolve maintenance issues quickly. I couldn’t be happier. My apartment is adorable and my neighbors are friendly - what a great community! I’m thankful to be here and am looking forward to exploring more of its amenities.

I’ve been living at Walkabout creek for several months now. I will say I love the community, the move in process was smooth, nice area, clean swimming area, and nice apartments but I’ve had a couple issues. One, I have issues with maintenance. When we first moved in, we had issues with our garage. The wheel keeps falling off the hinge and it’s very rusted. I’ve put in a work order for maintenance to tell us that there’s nothing wrong with the garage hinge. We now have to leave the garage open ...
because the problem has made my partner late to work on multiple occasions. The second issue is plowing and salting. I feel that they should do it more often, especially with all the snow we’ve had. Not saying they do not plow or salt but they do not keep up with it and will wait for the snowfall to be completely done or even a day after. I’ve slipped on multiple occasions and worry about my elderly neighbor. Other than these issues, I do like my experience here overall.

All good so far with the apartment. Unfortunately my garage was not ready when I moved in and with winter approaching it may not be ready anytime soon. But hopefully that will get resolved. Staff has been good thus far

The place is okay. Nothing extra fancy for the price. Location is the most important thing here. Some neighbors are messy and leave their garage open and it’s a hazard bc of winter and animals and all the garages connect. Salt is almost never happening I had to buy my own salt for my sidewalk but walking on the icy parking lot to the garage is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It’s an ice rink out there always.
