November 30, 2025The biggest draw of Walkabout Creek is the proximity to Dexter's downtown and the trail. The front office and maintenance staff are also very kind and responsive. However, my apartment unit is quite old, and it is noticeable, such as through lack of insulation in the walls and around windows and doors. Also, I can very clearly hear some small creature(s) in my walls.Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2025It’s a nice and quiet place, the pool is nice, they do need new pool lounge chairs, half of them are torn and very uncomfortable, as they are very old, so hopefully they will invest in those soon.
