All good so far with the apartment. Unfortunately my garage was not ready when I moved in and with winter approaching it may not be ready anytime soon. But hopefully that will get resolved. Staff has been good thus far

The place is okay. Nothing extra fancy for the price. Location is the most important thing here. Some neighbors are messy and leave their garage open and it’s a hazard bc of winter and animals and all the garages connect. Salt is almost never happening I had to buy my own salt for my sidewalk but walking on the icy parking lot to the garage is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It’s an ice rink out there always.

Quiet place to live, management staff is nice and works with you. The pool is the best part in the summer for sure! Kids get to run around and have fun, which is great!

The biggest draw of Walkabout Creek is the proximity to Dexter's downtown and the trail. The front office and maintenance staff are also very kind and responsive. However, my apartment unit is quite old, and it is noticeable, such as through lack of insulation in the walls and around windows and doors. Also, I can very clearly hear some small creature(s) in my walls.

I’d recommend to anyone who is looking to live in the Ann Arbor area. Units are spacious, grounds are well kept, and the amenities are a nice feature to have. The community is very friendly and welcoming

Love living here, quiet community and well maintained. Love the events the staff puts together for the community throughout the year! They are great!

We love the location and amount of space. It is an apartment and comes with the standard amount of apartment annoyances. Most neighbors were great.
