September 7, 2015The property owners attempt to keep the buildings, lawn,laundry rooms and dumpster areas clean and safe.The lawns and landscape are manicured every Monday. Tenants who cause problems such as littering the premises or causing issues with other tenants are quickly reprimanded and evicted. The buildings are" smoke free.' I have lived here for three years without any major safety concerns. The maintenance employees repair any leaks, windows or interior problems quickly.
