  • SWAT raids, drug use, theft, and vandalism

    If you’re looking for a safe, family friendly place to live, this is not it. During my time living there, I dealt with negligent management, frequent SWAT raids on surrounding units, drug usage, theft, vandalism, and stalking. Most notably, there were multiple vehicles broken into, some totaled, and one stolen during my time there. The complex has gates, but since they do not advertise themselves as a gated community, they aren’t required to keep them closed and operating. This resulted in months ...
    at a time where they were broken, or just left open, allowing anyone to wander the complex, and do as they please since there’s no security either. When confronted about this, the management simply said they were not liable, and would asks APD to patrol more often (which of course did not happen). The hot water was turned off almost every other week, for sometimes a few days, for maintenance. On top of all of this there’s also active gangs in the apartment complex across the street. Their residents would hop the fence and spend time in the Walnut Creek amenities. All around these apartments are not safe, and not worth the hassle.

  • The Absolute Best!!!

    i absolutely love it here , i had a bad leak in my apartment i put in a request and the management was there so fast to correct the problem . The staff, the apartment manager Ms Holley , even the leasing agent they all had a concern for me and my family, and it was genuinely that they cared enough to make sure that anything we needed until the problem was resolved that we had it . Ms Holley personally called everyday and even when the office was not open to make sure we were OK !!!! I have to ...
    say that this place is so wonderful and even my relocation to Texas was made so easy because they were so helpful and patient with my situation and they made the transition painless always open and honest and they listen and value you as a tenant . Ms Holley and her entire staff are just great and i truly can say with confidence you couldn't find a better place to stay then here !!!
