February 22, 2022MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE ! I’ve been here for 2 years and over the years it has became TERRIBLE ! drug dealers are everywhere in this complex ! oh don’t get me started on how bad the trash gets over here !! maintenance never does their job my weather strip on my door has been broke for almost 3 months now , my car has been broken into, im currently doing MTM (month to month) until i can find something else and they over price for that !! Don’t Move Here
February 18, 2022If you love peaceful living, don’t move here. After 3 years we ran out of space and had to move. Notified the office 45 days in advance we were moving. They deactivated our web portal so we can’t provide proof to the NOW collections department for moving out one month before our lease was over. This complex is greedy and charges more than what they have to offer. Infested with addicts and prostitution. Woke up to vomit all in my door way, my wall and on my door from the neighbors above. I had to ...clean it. Not once but numerous of times. My son had trouble breathing because of the smoke that came in from the ventilation.
