June 22, 2022Mold is unhealthy for everyone including most importantly babies. Please do not rent here if you have children. Maintenance denied accountability although quick to fix things. Cleaning the hallways seems to be a tough task to handle. Wet walls ll year round? I wish I could post my pictures.Property Manager Responded

Poor Maintenance

Cozy apt living
August 26, 2015I have been living at the walnut hill apartments for the past year. I enjoy living here. Maintenance is quick to respond if you call them with an issue. The apartments are a decent size and are updated. The location is perfect, just minutes from the highway, metroparks, shopping, and dining. There are just a couple of drawbacks. There is only one washer and dryer in the building, and they take laundry cards that you have to purchase/reload. There is only one machine you can use to get ...the cards or reload your card and it is located in the same building as the leasing office. So, you need to be sure to load up during business hours or else you can't get access to the laundry card machine. Also, parking can be difficult to find at times, depending on the time of day or if people have company over. Overall, however, this is a great community to live inRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 19, 2015I love my apartment. There's lots of closet space which I LOVE. It's quiet here and the neighborhood is very nice. I even referred my cousin here and she just moved in right across the hall! It's not far from the highway, close to the mall and grocery stores.
