I would never recommend these apartments to anyone solely based on horrible management team. Unfortunately I forgot to document damage to my front door when I moved in, that happened before move in, and I just continued to live with the damage to avoid conflict as it didn't affect my living conditions at all. Management knew about the damages through the entirety of my stay because the door would creek while opening, but they never fixed it or bothered to ask me, and I get charged $200+ from my
...deposit for a new front door. The carpet was never cleaned before my move in, and it was matted down. I expressed my concern and dislike with this to them, and they refused to do anything. Another concern I have is when I moved in, the vinyl floors in the kitchen had a big scrape, and after multiple requests, they were fixed, but it makes me wonder if the resident before me was charged for the damaged floors, and they weren't fixed until I said something. I kept exceptional care of my living space, but was still charged out of my deposit for minor holes in the wall from decorations, which is annoying and something i've never been charged for in the past, but relatively understandable. I ignored bad reviews online because I was so excited to live there, and it turns out every single one of them was accurate. Don't make the same mistake as me and reside elsewhere.
