  • Clean, well managed, and a great community

    Walnut Manor is a great place to live in Muncie. It's super close to Aldi, many restaurants, the mall, the library, and campus. It's back far enough from the main road that it's nice and quiet, and very close to the Cardinal Greeway trailhead for walking or biking. The office staff is very friendly, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to work orders. We've had some trouble with our unit appliances, but those requests were handled right away. I wish that there were sidewalks because the ...
    location isn't very walkable from the complex to the main road. Overall though, I'm really happy living here and I would recommend it to anyone looking to move to Muncie. These apartments are really nice.
