Hidden Gem in Ames
January 11, 2022I absolutely loved living at Walnut Ridge apartments. I don't think you'll find anywhere as good as this in Ames. The apartments are HUGE and the rent isn't crazy like in some of the other high end apartments. The apartments are pretty good quality too. The walls are a little thin, but it just depends on who your neighbors are. They give each unit 4 parking spots plus there is guest parking available. It's also a couple minutes walk to the bus stop to get to campus which is very convenient. If ...it's a slow time it takes like 5 minutes to get to campus on the bus. Also it's next to HyVee and McDonalds which is very convenient for college students who want to save time.
