May 11, 2025I really like this community. Ot is clean, the neighbors have all been nice. I love that it is gated, although the exit gate has been stuck open for quite a few weeks now. The staff is amazing.Property Manager Responded

April 10, 2025My resident experience has been great! I would recommend anyone who is moving to the Austin city area on an affordable level to move to this apartment complex. March 24, 2025I had the pleasure of working with Ruby in management. I was considering two properties and she gave me the pros and cons of both locations without bias as a local herself. She honored our conversation two days prior and things went very smoothly to top it off, this location is next to the state park and Bucees which is fantastic. The prices were fair and the grounds looked maintained. Highly recommended. Also, management asked me if I could spare a few more days to make the apartment primed for ...moving in. February 19, 2025Great place to live but parking is a nightmare. Cars get parked and dont move. Not enough free spaces but plenty of “pay for these”. Staff is awesome. Again, its just the horrible parking situation.Property Manager Responded
