  • Mold, fire hazards, unsafe living

    I currently live here and if you are thinking of living here-don’t. There is mold in my bathroom and suspected has traveled to other places or it’s in the walls. The patios are crumbling and unusable. There is spray foam all over the furnace room, mice, unresponsive and unhelpful maintenance, the list could go on. Wish I could submit pictures.

  • Spend the extra 80 bucks go somewhere else

    This place is falling apart because they do little prevention maintenance. They will ignore almost all of your maintenance requests unless you have something you could take them to court over. I recommend driving around the complex before signing anything. You will find overgrown hedges and trash everywhere. They will do the absolute minimum and you will be on the hook for the rest.

  • Get What You Pay For

    Love the kitchen in the 3BDR units. Love the size of the master bedroom. If you go with Walnut Springs, but a space heater and take out a loan for your heating bill because WOWWEE. At least in my unit, the bitter winter air won't stay outside and finds its way in. When told about this, management assures you it's insulation and maintenance shrugs, literally, when you seek solutions to your frosty problem. It has a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms though. So it's not ALLLLLL bad. Might wanna scrub that ...
