Starting To Go Downhill
December 9, 2019When we first moved here, it was such a beautiful establishment, where you felt safe. Now anyone can just move in, not sure about what they're paying, but we're certainly being overcharged. Loud music being played to the max with no repercussions. Fences being put up on some, not all, of the bottom floor apartments, when elderly need those back doors to get in. You can never reach anyone at the office anymore. Overpriced
June 26, 2019I feel I'm paying way too much for my one bedroom apartment but other than the price I love my unit--I've been here almost a year--and the community as a whole. It's quiet and clean and the grounds are very well kept. My only other complaints are the bugs (moths, beetles, spiders, etc) that seemingly wait for me to enter my apartment (I live on the ground floor) and I'm constantly having to smack them off of my door. The traffic in front of the apartment complex is also a nightmare during the day ...every single day; just getting out of the complex to go to work literally takes 5-7 minutes because of the constant traffic and the lack of a directional light.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 15, 2017Although I did experience a rather inconsiderate neighbor, Laura and the entire office staff were very accommodating. They made sure that my needs were met and were extremely responsive. The community is extremely clean and well kept. June 14, 2016If you are searching for a nice place to call home, you just found it. I love it here because Walton Communities strive for excellence and take great pride in maintaining this property. The company is on point when it comes to quality living. From maintaining the grounds, fixing repairs in a timely manner, to keeping the pool and fitness room clean, and kudos for the beautiful landscape year round. Overpriced but not bad
September 14, 2015Walton Lakes is ok I guess. But it's not worth the price in my opinion. I like the fact that they have community events but I wish they had better amenities. The "business center" doesnt have a printer and the computers are almost always broken and the gym is kind of small. It's not bad I just don't think it's worth $1440Review from Apartments.com

The complex host Saturday brunches, dinner nights, movie night and jazz under the stars on the green in it's huge courtyard, and have tutoring services for the neighborhood kids. Unlike other apartments in Atlanta, it also has a full nature trail, onsite car care center, child daycare, and senior living service. Not to mention the spacious luxurious 1,2, and 3 bedroom homes. Each home will give you a sense of luxury and comfort. ...The staff in the leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a maintenance issue the maintenance team usually comes out the same day or within the next business day to fix any issue.
