This place is awesome!
December 15, 2025The apartments are super spacious. Always community opportunities, give aways, treats, and the office really does care about the tenants! It’s super close to campus, I personally would walk to my psychology classes from my apartment in 15 minutes! No $500 parking passes for me! Amazing Staff

Great Complex, Helpful Staff
October 9, 2025My freshman son moved in Fall 2025. The move-in process was very organized. Apartment was clean and in good condition. There was a maintenance issue the day we moved in and the maintenance person was in our apartment with in a few minutes to resolve it. My son has had other maintenance requests and they always get addressed in a timely manner. Staff on site, billing and leasing office always answer the phone or are available on site. June 1, 2025I enjoy living here and have had no significant issues. The only inconvenience is that the parking garage gate is always broken, and sometimes the phone app to unlock doors does not work, and I will be stuck outside until my phone app connects or someone lets me in. May 31, 2025I love living at Warehouse and Factory Apartments! It's so close to the TAMU campus that I can walk to all my classes, which saves me from the cost and hassle of on-campus parking. The front office staff is always nice and knowledgeable. My apartment feels like my home away from home, which can be hard to find in College Station.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2025Location is great, and living space is huge. It's so aesthetic and it feels like I'm living in those pinterest photos with brick wall. However, depending on which side of the building you're living in, the streets get noisy at night. Later this semester, there has been construction going on next to the apartment, and it begins around 5am, so I wake up to it everyday.Property Manager Responded

January 14, 2025The unit was very dirty from reletting, but you sign an "as is" form so I guess there's that. For the price you pay here, they could at least make sure the place doesn't smell and have dust and crumbs all over, I would give a 1-star for that, but the staff seems nice and tries to be helpful and problem-solving, they deserve closer to 5 stars review.Property Manager Responded
