BEWARE!!!!!
August 31, 2022This community is probably the worst place to own or rent a home hand's down. If you are looking for a community that actually cares about its residents I would suggest you find a different place because this is not it. $600.00 to rent the land around your home and they will literally do nothing for you! They will ever so conveniently raise your rent yearly by approximately $10.00-20.00, but that is about all they do. Suck every last penny out of you for no service. They will go through a new ...manager every month or so as they can not hold employees either. Ask anyone you drive past in the community, this place is terrible. If you miss a mow they will have a crew charge you an outrageous amount of money to mow your lawn for you, even if it's not too long, but if someone leaves a pile of moldy rotten trash outside for weeks on end, they will do nothing. April 12, 2019Emailed about a trailer, got a reply in less than 24 hours, and was touring it in a day later, closing four days later. Fast and efficient. Amazing office manager who got straight to the point and got us into our trailer quick. Gorgeous interior of the home. Really excited to be living here!Review from Apartments.com
