November 17, 2017Don’t move in here. If your late after 4 th date. They charge you $35. Then keep adding $5 a day which keeps doubling after you don’t pay the balance. Which means they are double charging you each month on top of rent. Apartments suck. Heat sucks doesn’t work well. Have a bunch of sand coming out in the kitchen floors. *** DONT MOVE HERE** you will regret it. It says in the lease that they charge $5 a day but don’t say anything about it rolling over next month.Review from Apartments.com

June 6, 2017I thought that when I first rented from here that everything was great! ..... NOT the walls are paper thin, the hallways smell bad and makes me embarrassed to bring friends over. The drains in the bathtub are horrible every time I take a bath and fill the tub up the water slowly leaks out. Management sucks! Although they did have a lady named Tricia who was awesome! But sadly she's not working anymore. These people now don't really care about our needs while we're here, they are just here for a ...check. Just HORRIBLE
March 25, 2016DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.*** When I first moved here three years ago, the place was not so bad. However, when the current management company took over things went left. They no longer have coin operated laundry machines; you have to load this card from the leasing office, which isn't that bad but its an inconvenience when you work M-F between 8-5 pm which are the same hours as the leasing office. The property manager is RUDE. She makes everything difficult and needs your signature for ...everything when making requests when you are away. Again, inconvenience. The apartment is NOT WORTH $700. You can go somewhere else and get a nicer looking apartment with more amenities for that amount. Please look elsewhere. These apartments are RAGGEDY!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible Experience.
March 2, 2016If you're looking to move here, don't! It has been the absolute worst experience that I could have ever imagined. Our garbage disposal went out three times. Our first week living there, the toilet broke. We were promised new windows and cupboards when we first moved in, neither of which has happened in the year that we have been there. We also have had our furnace go out 4 times this winter! (Yes, four) The first maintenance guy kept changing sensors and rigging the brackets. However, the fourth ...time was a different guy and he stated the bracket was broke, but we'd have to wait for the part to come in. Two children, 2 1/2 years and 5 months, and they brought us space heaters (which I have come to find out is actually illegal for such a building) which did nothing. Our apartment was 56 degrees for 5 days. We had to find elsewhere to stay. However, we were NEVER reimbursed for this week that was due to their error. Not once did the rental company ever take responsibility for the actions. We were unable to pay our February rent after paying for 5 days in a hotel room, and they still did not want to work with us. The girl in the office, Shantelle, Shanelle, who really cares, was nothing but rude. She said she'd get back to us on compensation, she never did. When asked about it she said, "Well, it's not my place. No, I can't ask for you." But other times she'd say, "I'll get back to you." The only good thing about this rental company, these apartments was the Property Manager, Amy. She recently quit, and we miss her dearly because she is the only reason things ever got taken care of or done. s Oh, and they will randomly do random inspections. If you are sleeping with your two young ones and don't answer the door, I promise you that they will come in anyway. Not very safe when you're a female by herself with two small children and a man twice your size walks in unannounced. It made me feel violated that he was even in there without my permission.
