Cigarette smell due to bad management
January 6, 2026Our down stairs neighbor smokes in their apartment and the stench wafts into our apartment nearly daily. We informed management early on but nothing has been done to stop the violating tenant from smoking indoors. This also he common area we share. The smell is so bad that we wake up from it every now and then. Landlord reps seem to not care to uphold their lease and evict the tenant for violation and disturbing other tenants.Property Manager Responded

Well maintained and clean!
November 7, 2019Have been renting a 1 BR \ 1 Batch unit for the last 5 months. I love it!!! My unit has a refurbished kitchen and bath and full sized washer and dryer. The apartment complex superintendent lives on site and is very accessible and responsive. There are great views and a short walk to downtown. So happy I found this place!!! I've found them to be very honest and they have been a pleasure to work with. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!Review from Apartments.com
