Wonderful Experience
September 10, 2015I have lived at Washington Park apartments for 14 months and it has been a wonderful experience. I moved to Manitowoc for work with very little time to find a place. I had two dogs at the time and needed a dog friendly apartment. The property manager, John, was very accommodating with my quick move in and allowing both dogs. John was very friendly and easy to reach with every scenario that came along. I am only leaving now because I am being relocated for work. My only complaint here has been ...that some of the neighbors are very nosey, but I learned very quickly which ones to avoid!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
