    It’s pretty peaceful here and everything is convenient for me and my daughter. I don’t have to go across town because everything that I need is in my area . The Manager April does a pretty good job running the apartments and is very respectful to me . So not to much to be worried about here long as you take care of yourself and home you’ll be fine .

    Grounds are well kept. Grass is mowed weekly along with trim and blowing off patios and walks. There is a feeling of being a safe place to live. We feel very asfe here.

    I think there needs to be better communication between maintenance, especially when they are fixing items in homes. I would also like to see more cleaning in the units, specifically vacuuming areas in the common space.

    It’s been great and very peaceful so far ! I love it that I’m close to everything as well. I’m not new to the area I use to live here in 2018 -2022 and I had a baby and decided to move back to the community where we belong!

    I'm pleased to see improvements in the outdoor lighting, as well as the installation of new basketball rims. I enjoyed having access to community events like for Valentines Day.

    I just moved in on the 20th and I had a wonderful experience working with DeAnna in the leasing office. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, and was very patient. She is super nice and friendly. My apartment was clean upon move in and the staff was responsive to any requests made. I am very happy I chose Washington Quarters as my new home.
