Rodents and bad repairs
January 9, 2021I’ve been living here almost 2 years. The first year was great, but now things are going downhill. Rodents have entered the apartment. There’s a huge one that runs through the walls every so often. Maintenance will come out immediately, but it’ll be a spit & glue job every time. My upstairs neighbors caused a leak in my bedroom that made the plaster fall down in the middle of the night. The maintenance guy only spackled & spray painted over it & the other water spots. When he sanded down the ...spackle he left white sand all over everything in my room. It was even all over my clean bed!!! Neighbors tried breaking into car several times. These Apartments are so BAD don't come Here!!!!!
May 31, 2018These apartments are so nasty and infested with bugs and rats. The appliances there are horrible they break all the time. The rooms have breakable walls. The walls even grow mold because the pipes are always breaking. The service there is terrible you have to walk outside just to get service. You can never find a parking space because there's always someone in your spot. There are no lights in the bedrooms only the closets, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The laundry room has horrible working ...machines that break all the time or just don't work overall. December 16, 2016Me & My Child & Mother Moved Here Almost A Year Ago , My Child Was A Mere Baby When We First Moved Here , At First It Seemed Like An Upgrade From Where We Lived Before , But Within A Few Months We Were TOTALLY WRONG ! Horrible
November 22, 2016I been living in this apartment complex for three years now. At first the experience was great being that we moved in sometime in October. It then took a turn for the worse. When it snows, the complex is shoveled horribly if it's even shoveled at all. Maintenance is very slow when it comes to fixing an issue within the apartment. The water mains break or have issues about twice a year. Don't get me wrong it's a good price for the size of the apartment but in my opinion it isn't worth it. I'm ...moving out VERY soon and I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone unless you can't afford anything that is the apartment size. The walls are thin and and chip off easily. When it first begins to get cold, you basically have to deal with the temperature or get a portable heater because the office controls your heat. I was rubbed off from this apartment when I had my premature baby back in 2014 and had to bring him home to a cold apartment which isn't right. August 16, 2016I must agree like others I love it here, I have just renewed my lease again, can not believe its been 3 yrs.!!.. My apartment is on the Washington lake!!!... I get the view of the lake every time I look out my window or sit on my patio .. I feel extremely safe here as I am single and that is very important to me.. I could not ask more out of the maintenance men if I wanted to, they have a 24/7 team on site and believe me they replace or fix anything that needs to be taken care of and they do it ...in an extremely timely manner I usually hear a knock on my door within 30 minutes truth being told.. And let me say the office staff are simply wonderful,they work with you, let me leave it at that! But I must say I've never encountered a better group of women because they really do care about the residents.. we have plenty of parking.. Trash is never overflowing in the dumpsters because trash company comes 2 times a week this means our grounds here are always maintained and clean not to say a professional landscaping company comes every Monday and does the entire complex, including cleans the first floor patios off, I love that! 1st NJ apartment
September 28, 2015So I moved to NJ from Pa almost one year ago. My original plan was not to move here but my sister lived here and needed financial help due to losing her job. So I packed up my things and moved in. What an adventure it has been. All good! This is a really nice apartment! From the grounds to the actual unit..
