Awful neighbors.

Rent is fair. Property manager is great. Maintenance is great. It used to be a nice quiet place to live. But Princeton management’s standards are nonexistent. Neighbors are TERRIBLE! If you like the smell of marijuana seeping through your doors and vents, loud music at all hours, and your neighbors propping the exterior doors open to let bugs and strangers in, this place is for you. Do yourself a favor and just pay more to live somewhere else.

I want to thank the property Management (Rita) for the excellent and attentive serivice. Whenever something needs fixed management and maintenance is quick to fixed the issue. Ive been here for a year and love the property that I signed another year lease. Its safe and clean never had any issues. Thank you.

Disrespectful Management

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel that it is necessary to warn people about the property manager here. I was literally yelled at, belittled and hung up on. This was simply over an inquiry I had about a letter sent to me about violating the leasing agreement with a trash bag and a pizza box temporarily sitting in the hallway while I was getting dressed for work. The manager was hostile and venomous.
So if you're looking for an apartment, save yourself the headache and the tongue lashing... ...
