Rent is Increasing, Not Worth the Price
July 1, 2022Previous managements payment system- online or in person options- was easy to use with no issues. Under new management, there is no turning in rent in person and the app freezes and barely works. I have been charged expensive late fees more than once for issues on the app that did not allow the payment to process. Maintenance requests and even emergencies take several days to a week to be completed. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful with great appliances, but unfortunately ...management is not very easy to work with. Building Maintenance
August 29, 2018Property recently came under new management the old management and maintenance team we had the last 6 years were outstanding at property and maintenance. since new management has recently taken over this new managment team has alot to be desired such as no onsite maintenance person yard hasnt been mowed or cut at all takes them few days to call you back with an apartment emergency. I will be moving out asap.Property Manager Responded

It was a difficult transition, with glitches in switching over phone messaging and obtaining new services, but you will see that your community is not changing and maintenance (although not always on site) will attend to your needs.
